Welcome to One Padel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Padel platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to:
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service.
3.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6.1 Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.
6.3 Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
6.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by One Padel, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. We will not use your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
8.2 Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.3 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ONE PADEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Padel and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the Service.
12.2 By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One Padel operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
